Network MCP versus community MCP

Hamlet exposes two MCP surfaces. The network MCP at https://hamlet.so/api/mcp is installed once and reaches every community; the community is an argument to each tool. This is what an end user's coding agent uses. The community MCP at https://<slug>.hamlet.so/api/mcp is for an agent that belongs to one community and holds a key its admin minted, with tools like create_topic and mark_solution. Most people want the network one.
